Oxford Immune Algorithmics Expands And Accelerates By Graduating From German-based Spinlab Accelerator Program
Oxford Immune Algorithmics (OIA), creator of the Algocyte health-tech venture, has officially graduated from the Class No. 11 German-based SpinLab accelerator. We are proud to have successfully completed one of Europe’s top accelerating programs, which directly partners with HHL Leipzig Business School of Management, one of Europe’s most prestigious business schools, as well as with 25 corporate partners, including Deutsche Bank, Porsche, and Signal Iduna. The six-month program was packed with seminars and workshops, access to infrastructure, and one-on-one mentoring sessions with industry and market leaders.
Leipzig is part of the country’s Sachsen Valley, twin to the Dresden/Leipzig de:hub, Germany’s answer to Silicon Valley. The German government initiated the digital hub initiative to create a crossroads that connected its industry-specific scientific facilities, corporates, and start-ups, with a view to heightening innovation. The Leipzig arm focuses on IoT, health tech and energy.
Our participation in the program has already reaped benefits, one of which is helping us position ourselves within the lucrative German market, Europe’s largest healthcare market, allowing us to secure key partnerships with top universities and leading research institutes.
Oxford Immune Algorithmics (OIA) is an award-winning Bio and MedTech company incubated by the University of Oxford with a mission to rid the world of preventable diseases.
